Free community on Skool
Subject House is a free community on Skool. It’s a place to hang out with other people who are really good at one thing, and to learn how to turn your IP and experience into a personal brand.

Who it’s for
It’s for subject-matter experts and specialist founders, like consultants, advisors, coaches, and people who run agencies or studios. Most members have years of work behind them, their own methods, and clients who get results. Some have written a book.
What happens inside
Every week we get on what we call Creative Calls. There is intentionally no agenda. We use this space to hang out, talk shop, dismantle problems in real time, and bounce ideas off each other.
The idea is to create an unscripted, high-trust room where experts can get out of their own heads, get outside perspective on their work, and build genuine relationships with peers who understand the craft.
Every call gets recorded and goes into an archive, so you can catch up when it suits you.
All of my workshops are included, along with their replays.
What you’ll learn
We talk about how to turn years of experience and IP into a brand that other people can understand and describe. That includes picking the two or three ideas you want to be known for, and deciding what you’ll stop talking about.
We also talk about who needs to know your work, how to write long pieces that hold your thinking, and how to turn those into shorter posts. And we talk about how to package what you know into a small number of offers, so you’re not charging by the hour.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yup, totally free.
Why is it free?
We truly believe authentic relationships are where the best work and the best opportunities come from, and that a price on the door gets in the way of building them. There’s really no catch, and you can stay as long as it’s useful to you.
